Luwi is a seasonal Bush Camp nestled under huge mahogany trees on the banks of a permanent lagoon.
Accommodation is in four huts that are made of grass and thatch with polished mud floors. All meals are served in the shade of the trees, with a view of the grassy plain that normally attracts lots of wildlife.
Luwi is situated deep in the Luangwa wilderness, contributing to the camp a rustic appeal and providing a truly African bush experience. This remote location provides a perfect backdrop for walking safaris, in an area far from civilisation.
Africa is home to many thousands of species of birds, so don't forget your binoculars and spotting guide.
The only way to get truly acquainted with the African bush is to see it on foot. Walking safaris offer a unique insight into an amazing habitat.
