Kaingo is family owned and run by Derek and Jules Shenton. The lodge is in one of the prime areas of the South Luangwa National Park.

The accommodation comprises 6 brick chalets, each with their own en-suite bathroom. The chalets are laid out discretely apart, each with a great views over the Luangwa River.

Kaingo's relaxed, personal and friendly atmosphere offers its guests fantastic game-viewing opportunities within an area of stark beauty and varied terrain.

There is little chance of getting bored at Kaingo, as Derek and Jules Shenton offer one of the widest packages of activities in this National Park. Guests can choose between game drives, walking safaris and visiting the Hippo, Elephant, or Birding Hides. For guests wishing to stay and relax in camp there is a river side viewing deck where the drama of wild Africa is your stage.
